An intuitive by nature, Sanjita Verma is both a teacher and practitioner. With more than a decade of experience in meditation, she now conducts weekly meditation classes at her centre- Joy Essence Movement. She is a certified counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist, Past life regression therapist, a practitioner of energy healing-both reiki and Pranic, offering in office as well as distance healing. She is a lifetime member at the Indian board of alternative medicine and a silver member at International Alliance of Holistic Therapists. For the past few years, she has been providing intuitive readings to friends, relatives, neighbours and sometimes even strangers, being a medium to receive and provide guidance to wherever needed. She offers intuitive reading at the centre, as well as through email.

To know her more, she is a simple earthly person, who loves spending time in nature. Along with music, Jogging, meditation, and chi gong are her favourite mind-body workouts. She enjoys cooking for family and friends, trying new recipes and experimenting with herbs and spices.
