  • Include any physical exercise into your daily routine. Even 30 minutes a day will do wonders.
  • Take time out for social interaction. Catch up with old friends, colleagues, or neighbors.
  • Sometimes just spending regular quality time with family members, friends and pets can do miracles.
  • Step out of home or office frequently during the day. Fresh air and a glimpse of the world outdoor, adds color to life.
  • Pay attention to what and how much you eat. Too little or too much can be due to depression. Check your diet and balance the intake of food or restrict the usage of other harmful substances, if any.
  • Keep a track of your sleep cycle. Are you sleeping enough, too much or too little? Remember night is meant to sleep unless you work night shifts for a living.
  • Dig into some good old memories. What was it that you always enjoyed doing the most? Revive old hobbies and interests or pick up some new ones, that you always wished to do, but never got the time to pursue. Now is the Time.
  • Think positive and stay hopeful. You are capable of achieving success beyond your own imagination.
