Angel Guided Meditation

Here’s a wonderful meditation and mind exercise the angels whispered to me one night. Its bound to produce an effect lasting longer and affecting deeper than you could ever imagine. The Angels say- to practice observation during the first part of the exercise that’s called Day 1 for reference. Do not rush to the second part. It will help you to be more appreciative of your blessings.  Be grateful for all that you have and that which you may often forgot you had. This meditation of mindfulness is a bit different as it spreads over 3 days. Set your own pace. Ensure it’s carried out in continuity, stretched together over three consecutive days to achieve the best outcome.

Angel Guided Mindfulness Meditation

Day 1 – Observation

Look around you, what all colours do you see. Be an observer of all the colours around you, visually acknowledging every colour that surrounds you. Observe the colour spectrum around you, the various shades and textures in which those colours exist. In the form of nature, the four elements, your clothes, hard goods, food, facial expressions of humans and animals, anything specific and insignificant in nature and in the wild, colour in the eyes, shades of the skin. Be a good observer. After you’ve spent one whole day acknowledging and enjoying the beautiful colour pallet your world is made up of, you are done for the day.  Have a good night sleep, your mind has explored its new potential. Next day it’s time to proceed to the second part of the exercise.

Day 2 – Acknowledgement

Day two exercise starts from the time you wake up, open your eyes, even before you step out of your bed. All you need to do this day is very simple. You count your blessings, all and every single thing that you are thankful for. It could start with thanking for the very cozy bed that you slept in, the sunshine or the rains or your ability to see, speak, hear and feel. You could identify something as basic as the electricity or water supply in your home. Appreciate your favorite groceries in your kitchen, feeling lucky to be having food to eat each morning or the pleasure of having a smartphone in your hand. Your number of blessings to be counted are going to be your own just like the shades of color the previous day were unique to your own observation and existence. You start counting all your blessings from the start of your day.

Through your entire day until the last cup of coffee.  Keep noticing until the time you retire back into the same cozy bed you left this morning. Just until that last moment before you close your eyes and fall asleep. Count your blessings for one full day of your life. Blessings could be your material possessions, human or animal relationships, expressions, emotions and behaviors you may come across, of yours and or others. Be grateful for every moment of the day whether it was in your favor or not. Good or bad, happy or sad. Accepting and respecting your very existence, here and now.

Day 3 – Acceptance

This will be the last day of this exercise. Recall the day 1 exercise of observing colours in your world. Keep a rough mental note of how many colors you observed and acknowledged on day one.  Take a few minutes to reflect, contemplate and compare the number of colors to the number of your blessings. Very simple, says the Angels.

Colors of life and Blessings in disguise.

Hope you soon get the time, mind and willingness to nourish your Soul.

Love, Light and many Blessings!
